Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
Turnaround: We sell and ship CUBs worldwide direct. Orders are shipped on Monday – Friday, between 9am - 5pm (BST, UK time). We dispatch within 24 business hours upon cleared payment.
Carriers: We use FedEx International as our carriers to deliver our orders in Australia.
International: CUBs are shipped using FedEx International Service and usually arrive within 5-7 working days. During holidays timings for delivery may vary.
Order Tracking: FedEx provide a tracking number and we will update your order with this tracking information upon dispatch of the CUB Support.
Shipping Rates: While we offer free worldwide shipping at this time, we reserve the right to change this at any time. The rate charged for the shipping of any order will then be based on the weight of your shipment.

Customs Duties. Buyers might be liable for the local customs duties with the orders exceeding 3 or 4 units (varies depending on the state).

Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

FAULTY GOODS/ RETURNS
Please note that we consider that any identifiable manufacturing fault will be apparent upon the first inflation and occasion of someone sitting, resting over or leaning on the product.

​The CUB is manufactured from PVC and as such is prone to stretching and can be affected by the ambient environmental temperature. This is why your CUB may need topped up with air regularly. This is not a manufacturing fault and should be expected. Keeping your CUB topped up with air ensures that it will provide the maximum amount of comfort and support required.  

If you think that there is a manufacturing fault please contact us
within 5 Business Days of receiving your CUB. We may ask for you to return the CUB for inspection, along with photographic/video evidence. The costs for return shipping and a full refund or replacement product will be made to you if a manufacturing fault is identified by us. 

As we are not able to reliably identify manufacturing faults outwith this time period, it is reasonable to presume that fair wear and tear, inappropriate storage, handling or use may have caused the problem and we would not normally accept returns after this time.

In line with the current UK Legislation, products can be returned for a refund within 30 days. No returns can be accepted after 30 days following date of the relevant order/payment invoice. The shipping costs for returns are incurred by the customers. Please kindly note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
